Hot & cold beverages are available to be purchased in the shop.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your booking time, we will first confirm your booking, and let you know some rules before you enter the cat cafe area, we will serve all the pre-booked visitors first, before serving the walk-in visitors.
There MUST be at least 1 adult supervising every 3 children and infants under 12 (not including 12), in case there's any need. e.g. 4 children have to be supervised by 2 adults.
Please note that if you are unable to make a booking online for a New Zealand senior gold card, feel free to contact us and we will modify that for you.
Please note that we only serve hot and cold drinks, and gelato in our cafe, food and gelato cannot be brought inside to the cat area, we don't serve food in our cafe either, we strictly follow our council's food and safety guidance.
Booking in advance is highly recommended to avoid any disappointment on the day:)
You may stay longer in our cafe, check with our receptionist for availability. The cost for the time extension will be $8 per 30 Minutes.
